What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Failed joinery, cabinet box separation, door warping.
• Finish failure under normal residential use (peeling, cracking, bubbling).
• Hardware (hinges, glides) for the life of the product.

What isn't covered

• Damage from water immersion, direct sun exposure, or improper cleaning.
• Normal wear: minor scratches, patina on wood finishes.
• Damage from installation errors by third parties.
• Commercial use (contact us for a commercial warranty).

Making a claim

Email warranty@cabinetsofamerica.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll respond within two business days with a resolution — usually a replacement part shipped free.

Transferability

The warranty transfers once to a new homeowner within the 10-year period. Contact us with the original order number and new owner details.
