Shipping & Returns

Lead time

All cabinets are built to order in Los Angeles. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Large orders and custom colors may add 3–5 business days.

Shipping method

Orders ship via white-glove LTL freight, fully assembled and crated. You'll receive tracking and a delivery window once your shipment leaves the factory. A scheduled appointment is required for delivery.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $2,500.
  • Flat rate of $199 on orders under $2,500.
  • Outside the continental US? Contact us for a quote.

Inspection & damage

Inspect your order at delivery. Note any damage on the BOL before signing. Photograph and email us within 48 hours and we'll replace the affected piece at no cost.

Returns

Because every cabinet is custom built, we do not accept returns on change-of-mind. If something arrives defective, we rebuild it — covered by our 10-year craftsmanship warranty.

Installation

We don't install, but we ship with a full installation guide and can recommend vetted local contractors in the LA, SF, San Diego, and Phoenix areas.
