Desert Midcentury

An Albert Frey-adjacent 1956 mid-century home in Palm Springs. The kitchen is in full view from the pool deck through a wall of original sliding glass.

We specified flat-panel bases in Dark Walnut, a finish chosen to pick up the burnt-sienna tones of the San Jacinto mountains visible through the glass wall.

The modern bar pulls in brushed brass are the only non-original material in the whole kitchen — everything else, including the backsplash terracotta, is sourced to match the era.
